The centre of our world
Intelligent Framework ("IF") is the hub at the centre of all our products; it uses Restful APIs to connect to third party applications, and we have legacy connectors for reading data from CSV files through to databases.

Intelligent Framework contains an extensible graphical workflow engine that we use to build flows that support the business processes we are delivering.

Running from the Cloud allows us to integrate with customer IT infrastructure with minimal changes required at their end.

Portals & Apps

Connecting Tenants & Staff to their data
Our Portals & Apps are designed to be used by Tenants, Staff and even Business Partners so that business processes can at last move beyond what is possible inside your housing system software.
What does that mean?
ITenants can self serve requests that would only be available during business hours such as:

Download a Rent Statement

Staff can access Tenant details and complete forms such as home visits, inspections, tenant well being checklists, review a Tenant's payment history, discuss outstanding repairs and see if a Tenant has any special support needs and/or cautions before knocking on their door.

Best of all, this access can be available when they are both online or offline; especially useful when Staff maybe operating in areas with poor Internet access.

Our Portals run on any HTML5 browser and our Apps run on both Apple iOS and Android devices.

Connecting your system with others
Many Community Housing Providers started on their IT journey up to 20 years ago, implementing systems that were marketed as "all-in-one" solutions - designed to manage finance, tenancy, assets and more in a single platform.
As technology has advanced, so have expectations. Many providers are looking to transition to more specialised, fit-for-purpose solutions. These dedicated systems - such as standalone finance or asset management platforms - offer greater functionality and flexibility than those bundled with traditional housing systems.

In addition to offering integration across a range of different connectors (e.g. CSV files, JSON, restful API & web services, etc.) we also integrate with Microsoft Power Automate to enable dynamic PA Flows that can fed data from your systems as they run, removing the need for manual data entry when other integrations are not possible.

Intelligent Forms

Turn paper and web forms into Intelligent Forms
Organisations feed on data. Data coming in, data going out.
​
When it comes to gathering data from Tenants & Staff a lot of organisations use both paper forms and often web forms.
​
They are simple to create and distribute to people to complete.
​
But what if there was a better way to create forms; forms pre-populated with data to save Tenants time; forms that when they are submitted online, like a regular web form, allow any field to be written back to the housing system, or used in a PDF template or forwarded to another person by email or system by API integration?

This is what we mean by Intelligent Forms.

They are like a web form, only smarter.
​
Using Intelligent Forms instead of Docusign reduces the time to complete a Tenant Sign Up form by almost 85%!

Using Intelligent Forms for Home Visits instead of paper forms saves 40 minutes of staff time per household.

Intelligent Forms can be integrated to your website, tenant or staff portal or simply sent as a URL in a SMS message or Email to Tenants.

Intelligent Messaging

Reach out and text somebody
Ubiquitous access to the internet means that some Organisations don't consider messaging Tenants anymore, relying solely on Apps.
​
However, customer feedback proves that using SMS to communicate with Tenants still has a higher response rate than App notifications, letters or even phone calls. And when you want to send a message where there is no internet, SMS will still work, especially as Satellite support rolls out to cover remote areas.

With Intelligent Messaging ("IM") an Organisation can SMS to both send messages to Tenants but also receive messages that can trigger workflows, for example, a tenant request a link to log a repair, receive a rent statement or ask for a call back. ​
​
Plus IM can trigger workflows to send messages based on monitoring events in the housing system, automatically sending an SMS to let a Tenant know their repair has been actioned, reminding them to complete a rent review or asking if they need additional support if they drop into arrears.

For Organisations that aren't just based in metro areas, SMS is still a primary communication tool.
